💼 Position Description & Opportunity
Spiralyze is seeking an experienced, proactive professional to fulfill key operational responsibilities for the role of Project Manager. Selected candidates will collaborate closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational milestones while expanding their domain expertise.
The Project Manager is a client-facing role at the center of everything we do.
Running high-impact A/B tests requires coordination across many disciplinesâresearch, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders. Your job is to keep everything moving forward, aligned, and energized.
Key Responsibilities
Youâll own three core responsibilities:
- Coordination. Youâll manage cross-functional teams of 5â10 people and ensure tests move smoothly from idea â build â launch â analysis. Youâll spot risks early, unblock teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Strategy & Planning. Youâll help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10â20 upcoming experiments. Youâll communicate the âwhyâ behind the plan, set expectations, and walk clients through progress and results in weekly meetings.
